Here's a question I got in my email today.
Question: I would like to know if exercise is truly required by the body. If our thoughts create our reality, why can't I just "think" myself thin?
My Answer: Yes, you can think yourself thin. A friend of mine is a psychotherapist and he is a firm believer of affirmations. He has told me on many occasions that if you begin with an affirmation like, "I notice my food behaviours" said 200 or more times a day that you can actually begin the process of losing weight.
