I think it’s important to have lots of entries in a blog. Personally, when I’m surfing the member blogs at Blog Explosion I get irritated if I see the same blog day after day and the person has not updated it.
But, I can also understand because sometimes I’m just so dry that I don’t even want to talk about what I’m doing. So, to bring everybody up to snuff with what is going on in my life….
I’m losing weight. Slowly, but surely. I’m going to Curves and yesterday marked the 4th day in a row that I’d been. I’m figuring on going again tonight after work. Half an hour of activity every day does seem to help me. I’m aiming on getting my back to stop hurting and with a combination of exercise, drinking more water and having a glass of lemonade every day I’m hoping to strengthen my back muscles and if I do have a kidney stone move that sucker right along. Time will tell if this is a good plan. I have a feeling it is.

Good for you! I joined Curves several years ago, but did not enjoy it. It wasn't the workout, that was fine...it was the people..no smiles..no happiness..extremely negative..the last day I was there, I overheard 2 of the ladies talking about another lady...who was right in the same room...It's a small town. I could Not go back.
I have no problems with my blog. I'm SO long winded that i'm ALWAYS putting something on it;o) I know what you mean though, you get into reading a good blog and then nothing even for weeks.
There are times when I don't feel like writing anything at all as well. If that happens, I just find a funny pic or something to fill the space. Just to let people know i'm still around. But everytime I do that I just HAVE to write something along with it and then it becomes a a full blown post!
Good for you on losing weight. Slowly losing it is the best way in my opinion. Gives your body more time to adjust with the difference and less likely to gain it back. I was exercising every morning but got lazy and stopped for a couple of weeks. I'm starting back Monday to my regular exercising routine. I have a membership at the gym but with the kids doing so much after school and such I can't get over there. So, good luck to you. Are you wanting to lose a lot of weight or are you just losing because of the strength training your doing for your back? Hope you meet all your goals. Keep us updated;o)
Hi Crystal! I'm wanting to lose a LOT of weight. Right now it's sitting at about 90 pounds. I've already lost about 30 pounds over a period of several years. It's coming off very slowly, but, the important thing is that it is staying off. I've done the yo-yo weight thing all my life and I don't ever want to do that again. I guess it's about a 10 pound loss every year. So.....by the time I'm ready to retire I'll be svelte again. LOL
